ABOUT

A Smart Alternative to Cardboard

Keeping your product safe from damage during shipping is a top priority. Pallet sheets create a barrier between your product and the gaps, nails, and splinters of a wood pallet, helping to guard against damage.

Paperboard pallet sheets are a smart alternative to cardboard when shipping heavy or easily damaged products like ice melt, pet food, and more. They can be up to 90% thinner than traditional corrugate. Imagine what you could do with that extra space.

FAQs

Pallet Sheets FAQs

What are pallet sheets used for in warehouse and food operations?

Pallet sheets are placed on top of pallets or between layers of product to create a clean, stable surface. They help prevent pallet debris from contaminating bagged product, improve load stability, and protect cases from uneven pallet boards.

They’re widely used in high-volume food and ag operations where cleanliness and consistency matter, and where keeping lines running is critical.

How do pallet sheets help prevent palletizer jams?

Uneven pallet slats, broken boards, and debris can cause instability or misalignment during automated stacking. Pallet sheets create a smooth, consistent layer that improves product alignment and reduces the risk of palletizer jams.

In high-speed facilities, even small improvements in load consistency can reduce downtime and improve throughput.

What’s the difference between pallet sheets and slip sheets?

Pallet sheets are used with traditional pallets. They sit on top of the pallet or between product layers to improve stability and cleanliness.

Slip sheets, on the other hand, replace pallets entirely and are used with push-pull forklift attachments. If your goal is to eliminate return pallets or reduce freight weight, slip sheets may be the better solution. If you’re trying to stabilize loads and reduce contamination, pallet sheets are typically the right choice.

Are your pallet sheets low-dust and safe for food-related environments?

Yes. Our pallet sheets are made from recyclable, paper-based materials and are suitable for use in food and agricultural environments where indirect product protection is required.

They are manufactured to be low-dust and low-odor, helping reduce contamination concerns in facilities handling bagged product or sensitive goods. If you have specific compliance requirements, we can review your application and recommend the right board grade.

Do you offer moisture-resistant pallet sheets?

We do. Moisture-resistant coatings are available depending on your storage conditions, export requirements, or humidity levels. This added protection helps maintain sheet integrity during transit and storage.

If you’re shipping export loads without return pallets or operating in humid environments, moisture-resistant options are often recommended.

How much do pallet sheets cost?

Pallet sheet prices vary based on dimensions, thickness, board grade, moisture-resistant treatment, and order volume. Larger quantities and recurring programs may qualify for preferred pricing. We provide fast, straightforward quotes, often within 24 hours, and support nationwide distribution, including West Coast fast turnaround.
