What Are Paperboard Slip Sheets?

Paperboard slip sheets, also known as tier, layer, or divider sheets, are sheets of paperboard placed between product layers that help maintain product stability and minimize shifting during transit.  By helping prevent slippage and uneven weight distribution, they provide added protection, especially for delicate items such as glassware or produce. 

Slip sheets can also be used vertically to create individual compartments for products. They can also function as a pallet pad or pallet cap to prevent contaminants from accumulating on the product.
